Easy 3 Ingredient Matcha Chocolate Easter Eggs!

It's that time of the year again to blend two of our loves, (that's Matcha + Chocolate for those playing at home) to create hands down our easiest sweet creation yet!
Consisting of just 3 ingredients, it's quick to make, gluten free and vegan too!
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 packet of Pana Organic White Chocolate Chips (135g)
- 2-3 teaspoons of Everyday Matcha Powder
- 2 teaspoons of Coconut Oil
METHOD:
1) Gently melt the white chocolate chips & coconut oil together in a bowl over hot water until melted. Do not submerge the bowl in the hot water, simply place it slightly above in a bain-marie style so there is no direct contact with the water.
2) Remove from the heat and whisk in the Matcha Powder until everything is well combined and smooth.
3) Pour into chocolate moulds and place in Freezer to set for 1-2 hours
