Delicious authentic matcha powder

I'm obsessed with matcha in ANYTHING and as soon as I saw this, I had to try it. Anyways fast forward to now and I buy 2 bars every fortnight when I get paid as a little self care treat lmao. It's the best tasting chocolate, not bitter and not too sweet either! These guys have literally made the most perfect choccy bar, if you love matcha. Will defo keep buying 👌🏻

I bought the Everyday Matcha from Matcha Yu. It arrived promptly after order. On opening the pack, I saw how green and fresh it is. It has a very uncomplicated, straightforward taste compared to the Kohiki culinary matcha on Zen Wonders, however, I feel like it is stronger, and it mixes very well without lumps. Highly recommended!

I got the shaker set after tossing up between the traditional whisk. I'm sure the whisk would have been good too, but I'm enjoying the use of the shaker. The extra container helps me to enjoy the matcha slowly, and I can put it in the fridge to cool down before adding ice as well.

Just make sure your water is only 60-70 degrees otherwise it becomes very hot in your hands when shaking! I stop my kettle as it starts getting noisy, pour it in my teacup, sift the matcha into the shaker, and then pour the teacup water into the shaker.
