Store in a dry cool place away from sunlight. You may choose to refrigerate however sugar bloom may occur. This is a result of moisture dissolving the the sugar in the chocolate. When.it evaporates the sugar crystals re-solidify into white dots and a slight chalky appearance.
Best before : Consume within 12 months for best taste.
