Staying Raw Matcha Banana Bread

MATCHA BANANA BREAD

Using matcha to create this amazingly moist bittersweet bread!

Helps to calm and relax your mind/body as well as in sustaining energy up to 6 hours.

The L-Theanine found in matcha boosts brain power, memory and thus improves on your learning abilities.

And instead of just drinking them, you can add them to your favourite baking recipes for more variations and fun! 

Ingredients: 

2 cup of gluten-free flour 
2 tsp of matcha powder 
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp pink salts
2 ripe bananas
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup brown rice syrup 
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 flax egg (mix 1 tbsp flaxseeds + 3 tbsp water)
3/4 cup light olive oil 

Bake at 350F (175C) in oven for about 50-55 mins.
