MATCHA BANANA BREAD

Using matcha to create this amazingly moist bittersweet bread!
Helps to calm and relax your mind/body as well as in sustaining energy up to 6 hours.
The L-Theanine found in matcha boosts brain power, memory and thus improves on your learning abilities.
2 cup of gluten-free flour
2 tsp of matcha powder
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp pink salts
2 ripe bananas
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup brown rice syrup
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 flax egg (mix 1 tbsp flaxseeds + 3 tbsp water)
3/4 cup light olive oil
Bake at 350F (175C) in oven for about 50-55 mins.

These cookies are perfect for the holiday season (especially Xmas!) for their rich green colour and flavour thanks to Matcha! And let's face it, who doesn't love sprinkles?!
