Making homemade Granola is a regular occurrence in our household. So when we came across this beautiful super easy recipe with Matcha the star ingredient, needless to say we were very interested in giving it a go!

BLUEBERRY SPIRULINA SMOOTHIE BOWL

VEGAN & GLUTEN FREE

This beautiful creation is from The Blissful Blueberry   - what a masterpiece to start your day with for breakfast (or anytime of the day for that matter!)

Packed with the green goodness of Spinach, Spirulina and Matcha, your body will definitely thank you for enjoying it!

Ingredients:

1 cup spinach

1 tsp spirulina

1/2 cup coconut milk

1 frozen banana

1 cup frozen blueberries

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tsp maple syrup

1 tsp Everyday Matcha green tea powder

Toppings:

Whatever you want, The Blissful Blueberry used:

granola

shredded coconut

hemp hearts

bee pollen

gogi berries

vegan dark chocolate

pansies

Directions:

Combine all smoothie ingredients in your blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and transfer to bowl. Serve with your favourite toppings and enjoy!

Another amazing Smoothie Bowl topped with delectable blackberries and homemade Maple Granola from The Blissful Blueberry

 Ingredients:

1 tbsp Matcha green tea powder

1/2 cup coconut milk

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 frozen banana

1 cup fresh spinach, packed

1 tsp maple syrup

1/2 cup chopped cucumber

Whatever toppings you wish: 

Maple cinnamon buckwheat granola (her own recipe)

hemp hearts

bee pollen

shredded coconut

wild blackberries

flowers  

Directions:

Combine all smoothie ingredients in your blender or food processor. Blend until smooth and transfer to bowl. Serve with your favourite toppings and enjoy!

Houjicha Porridge

Houjicha by nature is quite a warming tea so makes a perfect addition to equally warming oats! 

Follow the simple steps below: 

1. Add some water in a pot and a dash of milk of your choice
⁣⁣⁣
2. When it boils, add the porridge and keep on adding pinches of Houjicha Powder & STIR!⁣⁣⁣

3. Add your fave toppings (banana, granola, goji berries, drizzle of honey)⁣⁣⁣

MATCHA CREPES

MATCHA CREPES FOR THE WIN!⠀

@eatsofmelbourne getting her crepe on in the kitchen with these delectable Matcha flavoured Crepes! 👩‍🍳⠀

She used our lovely bright green Everyday Matcha in the below recipe: ⠀

Ingredients: ⠀
3 cups of plain flour (sifted in a mixing bowl)⠀
3 eggs (use egg replacer to make vegan) ⠀
3 cups of milk (of your choice) ⠀
1 table spoon of sugar⠀
2 tablespoons of Everyday Matcha

For batter:⠀
place all ingredients above in a mixing bowl and mix until combined⠀

For cooking:⠀
use a non-stick pan and place oil in it. Add the batter (enough to fill the surface) and then flip when ready.⠀

For serving:⠀
fill the inside with peanut butter, and then decorate the top with blueberries, strawberries and fresh cream ⠀
