How Matcha works differently to Coffee

Matcha provides a calm, sustained energy that lasts longer than coffee.

The natural caffeine that works hand in hand with the amino acid L-theanine to create a focused, gentle ‘zen’ energy without the jitters or crashes.

Where as Coffee can push your adrenal glands into overdrive, giving you a quick spike of energy that soon fades. This often leaves you reaching for another cup.

Matcha, on the other hand, offers a calmer, longer-lasting lift without that cycle.
